Last night I attended Art Spark at the Olympic Mills building. While I was there I saw these beautiful painted boards at the Zimbabwe Artists Project gallery. Zap is an organization that helps women from Weya in eastern Zimbabwe become economically self-sufficient through education and the sales of their art work. They have some really amazing pieces that vary from paintings to embroidery. Check out their website for more information and to browse their beautiful shop.
